Gary Waterman

Co-Founder

Gary was born and raised in Michigan and spent his family-raising years in Ohio before moving to the West Coast. While working his day job in higher education, he loved exploring the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and the Cascades. Gary and Tania met in Washington State and married in the lovely town of Issaquah in 2023. His dream of offering folks great hospitality in the Pacific Northwest merged with Tania’s, so they moved to the Northern Rockies as the base for their real estate development business. Gary holds an MBA degree, and he served as a small business development consultant in Central California. 

Tania Waterman

Co-Founder

Tania’s roots in North Idaho go deep; her grandparents homesteaded here over a hundred years ago. After living on the East Coast and in Brazil, she came back to realize a dream – to make comfortable, affordable spaces in which others can enjoy the beauty of North Idaho while she settles around family and friends. Tania loves cooking, serving, and especially loving on her grandchildren. She is a certified Christian life coach, speaks fluent Portuguese, teaches English as a foreign language, and has experience developing cattle ranches.
